Our Shipping Promise

At SolvedDaily, we work hard to get your everyday problem-solving products to you as safely and efficiently as possible.

We work with trusted fulfilment partners to process and deliver orders worldwide, with clear shipping information and tracking updates along the way.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you place your order during a sale, promotional event, or peak season period, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Please review your shipping address carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything needs to be corrected.

Shipping to the United States

We offer free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $50.

A flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 applies to US orders under $50.

Estimated delivery times for US orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
  • Express Shipping, where available: 4–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

SolvedDaily ships to most countries worldwide.

Estimated international delivery times:

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 4–11 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
  • Canada: 5–11 business days
  • Asia & Southeast Asia: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your country, local postal service, carrier network, and customs processing times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country’s customs authority upon arrival.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. SolvedDaily is unable to predict what, if any, charges may apply to your order.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about potential import fees in your country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days from the date of dispatch, please contact us at support@solveddaily.com and our team will look into it for you.

Please note that tracking detail and update frequency may vary depending on the carrier and destination country.

Separate Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately depending on product availability and fulfilment location.

If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number or delivery update. This is normal and does not affect your shipping cost.

Lost, Stolen & Undeliverable Packages

SolvedDaily is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbours or other household members, checking around your property including safe drop locations, and contacting your local post office or carrier directly.

If your package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer may be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.

If you believe your package has been genuinely lost in transit, please contact us at support@solveddaily.com and our team will help investigate the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@solveddaily.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review the issue and help arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable solution where eligible.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During major shopping and holiday periods, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and New Year, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes across carriers worldwide.

We recommend placing your orders early during these periods to avoid disappointment. SolvedDaily will always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Wrong Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. SolvedDaily cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us at support@solveddaily.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your address before your order is dispatched.
